Design and Build for the rehabilitation of the Barceloneta Sanitary Trunk Sewer located the Municipality of Barceloneta. This trunk sewer conveys raw sewage to the Barceloneta Wastewater Treatment Plant for treatment prior to discharge into the Atlantic Ocean. This project will benefit approximately 28,498 families the municipality of Barceloneta. Funding by Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA), the Federal Management Emergency Agency (FEMA) under the FEMA's Accelerated Obligation Strategy (known as FAAST), and the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program.
